RealtorMonkey Focuses On Real Estate Agents, Wins Business Competition.

RealtorMonkey, an online graphics program for real estate agents, was a winner in a business competition for their innovative program, high-end graphics, and reasonable price.

“I know we are providing a unique product to agents right now,” said Ryan Johnson, one of the company’s founders. “Looking great and making your property stand out is probably never more important than it is right now--unfortunately, there are no high quality, cost-efficient solutions available. The feedback we have received from agents is that they are often over paying for sub-par graphics support.”

RealtorMonkey allows agents to go online, enter in the photos and property description for their listing, and then the program dynamically formats their information for them into a PDF document. “We have created an algorithm that automates this process so the result is well-balanced artwork--it does not look automated at all, which is one of the reasons why our product is so unique,” said Johnson; “Another reason is the quality of the artwork itself.”

RealtorMonkey offers a free version of their product at www.realtormonkey.com. They also offer an annual subscription ($6.25/month) that allows real estate agents to upload more photos, saves their flyer for later editing, and hosts their flyer with its own unique link for online marketing. “There are so many options for marketing today, we wanted to provide a product that was versatile and could meet the needs of any agent--whether they prefer print or online, we provide solutions for both,” said Johnson.

RealtorMonkey was a winner in the 5th Annual Best Business Idea Competition, sponsored by Southern Utah University’s Business Resource Center.
